Dt. Himani Bisht is a seasoned dietitian, nutritionist and lifestyle coach with more than half a decade experience. She has been actively involved in conducting health programs to educate common people about healthy eating and lifestyle habits, as well as in, writing research papers on various food ingredients to understand and unlock their nutritional value. She does not believe in strict nutrition philosophies, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, she encourages use of food as medicine with a holistic approach. She has also developed a specialized framework/program called “EASE” for a healthy lifestyle. She has devised diet plans for a number of purposes, including Pregnancy, Gym, Overweight and Underweight Kids, Teenagers, Anaemia, Hypertension, Kidney Care, Skin Care, Boosting immunity and many more.

E: Evaluate: Assess the food choice, Mindful eating without guilt, following the 80-20 rule(pareto analysis) for long-term adherence i.e. 80% nutrient rich 20% less nutrient rich.
